NIC Asia Bank, Stupa Community Hospital ink deal for customer benefits

KATHMANDU: NIC Asia Bank and Stupa Health Service Cooperative (Stupa Community Hospital) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to provide a range of benefits to the bank’s customers and the hospital’s shareholders.
The agreement was signed by Sudin Kumar Lama, Circle Head–Kathmandu North of NIC Asia Bank, and Dr. Pemba Lama, Director of the hospital.
Under the partnership, NIC Asia Bank customers will receive a 15 percent discount on various medical services at Stupa Community Hospital.
In return, board members, directors, staff, and shareholders of the cooperative will gain access to services available through the bank’s credit card facilities.
The MoU also includes the installation of an ATM within the hospital premises to enhance service accessibility for customers.
The bank expressed confidence that this collaboration will make banking and healthcare services more convenient and accessible for both its customers and those associated with the cooperative.
