KATHMANDU: The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has recommended that the government launch an investigation into the alleged involvement of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) lawmakers Ballu Gupta and Purushottam Yadav.

Based on a report prepared by a committee led by NHRC member Lily Thapa regarding incidents that occurred on Bhadra 23 and 24, the commission has advised authorities to probe their roles and take action if they are found guilty.
