Nepal spinner Lalit Rajbanshi mourns mother’s sudden passing
She had been suffering from asthma for a long time but remained active with household work alongside her treatment.
KATHMANDU: Nepal National Cricket Team spinner Lalit Rajbanshi is mourning the loss of his mother.
His mother, 60-year-old Shubhkumari Rajbanshi, passed away Sunday morning at their residence in Jatuwa, Biratnagar Metropolitan City–14.
She had been suffering from asthma for a long time but remained active with household work alongside her treatment.
Shubhkumari was found dead Sunday morning after going to sleep Saturday night following her meal and medication.
Her funeral was held the same day at the local Singhia River, according to family sources.
Upon hearing the news, Lalit Rajbanshi immediately traveled to Biratnagar.
Lalit Rajbanshi is a regular member of the Nepal National Cricket Team, and the sudden loss of his mother has deeply shocked him.
