KATHMANDU: United Ajod Insurance Company has put 2,171,935 shares of Nepal Reinsurance Company Limited, held under its founder group, up for sale through a sealed-bid auction.
The minimum bid price has been set at Rs 400 per share, and interested investors must apply for at least 100,000 shares.
Eligible participants include the company’s founder shareholders and other individuals, firms, companies, or institutions qualified under prevailing laws.
Interested investors are required to submit their sealed bids along with the necessary documents to Nabil Investment Banking Limited, Naxal, Kathmandu within the specified deadline.
The company has clarified that bids failing to meet the specified terms and procedures will be automatically invalid.
All rights related to the auction process will remain with the sale manager in accordance with applicable law.
