Gold falls by Rs 10,500 per tola

KATHMANDU: Gold and silver prices witnessed a sharp decline in the Nepali market on Friday, according to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Federation.

The price of gold dropped by Rs 10,500 per tola, falling to Rs 2,86,700 from Thursday’s Rs 2,97,200 per tola.

Similarly, silver prices also declined.

Silver fell by Rs 305 per tola and is now being traded at Rs 4,640, down from Rs 4,945 a day earlier.
