KATHMANDU: Nepal have elected to field first against the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in the second and final match of the T20 International series.
Captain Dipendra Singh Airee won the toss and chose to bowl in the 5 PM fixture, where Nepal must win to level the series.
UAE currently lead 1–0 after a six-wicket victory in the opening match on Monday.
Nepal have handed a debut to all-rounder Santosh Yadav in this crucial encounter.
The team has also made several changes, resting Sundeep Jora, Sher Malla, Basir Ahmed, and Arjun Saud.
They have been replaced by Santosh Yadav, Aarif Sheikh, Lokesh Bam, and Shahab Alam.
With the series on the line, Nepal face added pressure to deliver a strong performance and avoid a series defeat.
