Nepal Life Insurance reappoints Praveen Raman Parajuli as CEO for second term

KATHMANDU: Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited has reappointed Praveen Raman Parajuli as its Chief Executive Officer for a second term, extending his leadership for another four years.
The decision was made during a meeting of the company’s Board of Directors held on Friday
Parajuli has been serving as CEO of Nepal Life since Shrawan 2079 BS.
Before this role, he worked as the company’s Senior Deputy CEO.
Before joining Nepal Life, Parajuli also served as CEO of Reliance Life Insurance, bringing over two decades of extensive experience in the financial and insurance sector, where he has held several senior leadership positions.
In a separate decision, the company has appointed Praveen Prakash Kshetri as an Independent Director, further strengthening its governance structure.
