KATHMANDU: Karuna Katwal, a representative at the Nepali Congress (NC) special convention, said the gathering would inspire new energy, ideas, and vision as she returns to her constituency.
Speaking at the convention, Katwal emphasized that the special convention aims to chart a fresh roadmap for the party’s direction, not merely to listen to leaders’ speeches.
She added that the event is essential not only for the party’s revival but also for the country’s progress.
“This special convention is not about division, bitterness, or targeting any leader. It is a constitutional and moral effort to safeguard our party and represent the aspirations of our generation,” Katwal stated. “We have come here not just to listen, but to carry a roadmap that will guide Nepali Congress. We will return with new energy, new thinking, and new ideas.”
She further noted that the convention would help energize the party ahead of upcoming elections.
