NC President unveils statue of martyr Khanal

KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress President and former Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has unveiled a bust of martyr Kalyan Khanal at Bhimad Municipality-6 in Tanahu district today.

The statue was unveiled on the 23rd memorial day of martyr Khanal.

The bust was set up by the Kalyan Khanal Memorial Foundation.

Leader of the Nepali Congress, Khanal, was killed by then rebellion force on Aug 12, 2002.
