NC President Deuba expresses sorrow over Koirala’s demise

KAATHMANDU: Nepali Congress President and former Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has expressed profound sorrow over the demise of freedom fighter, Basu (Basudevsharan) Koirala.

Koirala passed away this morning. He was 93 years old. Issuing a condolence message, President Deuba said that the entire party was saddened by Koirala’s demise and also paid tributes to late Koirala.

He has also extended heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family members.

Born at Khopasi of Kavrepalanchowk, Koirala was associated with NC since 2012 BS.
