National Life Insurance hosts 3-day ‘Chairperson Club, Training & Honors Program’

KATHMANDU: National Life Insurance Company Ltd. successfully concluded a three-day program titled “Chairperson Club, Training and Honors Program” under the theme “Elite Leaders Conclave” at Hotel Royal Tulip, Lalitpur.

The program was organized for the company’s agents to recognize and motivate top performers for the fiscal year 2081/2082.

A total of 526 agents, who successfully achieved their targets, were awarded Chairperson Club membership and honored in the presence of the company’s Chairperson, Prema Rajyalaxmi Singh.

The event aimed to provide specialized training, recognition, and encouragement for agents to enhance their professional skills in the life insurance business.

During the program, renowned motivator and former banker Anil Keshari Shah provided training to the attending agents.

He emphasized that success in any field requires developing leadership qualities and the ability to take initiative, enabling individuals to excel in their respective professions.

Additionally, the event featured a session on asset cleansing and financial compliance conducted by Padam Prasad Sodari, Deputy Director of the regulatory authority, Insurance Board of Nepal.

He highlighted the negative impacts of financial investments linked to terrorist activities both nationally and internationally and provided guidance on measures to prevent such risks.

Chairperson Prema Rajyalaxmi Singh, presiding over the program, congratulated all agents who achieved their targets and were inducted into the Chairperson Club

She presented memberships to the selected agents and honored those recognized as the best performers in various categories.

She also reaffirmed the company’s commitment to prioritizing the professional development of agents who play a key role in advancing the company.

CEO Suresh Prasad Khatri addressed the gathering, highlighting the company’s robust structures and attractive bonus rates.

He assured agents that the company is committed to making further investments to enhance their professional capabilities and strengthen the agent network.

During the program, apart from the Chairperson Club membership distribution, seven outstanding agents from across Nepal were honored for their exceptional performance, both in their individual codes and network businesses.

The top performers were awarded certificates and cash prizes, recognizing their remarkable achievements.

The program also featured various entertaining presentations.

The honored business leaders expressed their pride and satisfaction in receiving recognition from the company’s chairperson, acknowledging the value of their hard work and dedication.
