The event celebrated 300 agents, departmental heads, provincial heads, and branch managers who qualified for the CEO Club by achieving the assigned premium collection targets for the fiscal year 2081/82.

The ceremony commenced with a traditional lamp lighting, symbolizing auspicious beginnings.

CEO Suresh Prasad Khatri personally distributed CEO Club memberships and honored the top-performing agents in both code-based and overall performance categories, recognizing first, second, and third positions with special awards.

In addition, under the company’s annual plan, winners of the National Award Program—including National Ratna and National Star achievers—were presented with silver medals engraved with the National Life logo, certificates, and gifts as a token of recognition for their exceptional contributions.

CEO Khatri highlighted that the recognition program at the provincial level aims to honor agents who excel under the CEO Club and National Award initiatives.

He noted that over 1,600 agents nationwide have qualified for the CEO Club, marking the initiative as highly successful, and emphasized the company’s commitment to introducing programs that remain popular across all levels of its workforce.

The event also featured a motivational training session by renowned international trainer Syed Afzal Ahmad.
