National Life Insurance honors top agents in CEO Club program

KATHMANDU: National Life Insurance Company Ltd. successfully held its CEO Club Member Recognition Program at Wave Hospitality, Kathmandu, under the chairmanship of the company’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Suresh Prasad Khatri.

The event celebrated more than 500 eligible agents from Bagmati Province, along with departmental heads, provincial leaders, and branch managers, who achieved their targets for the fiscal year 2081/82.

These agents were officially inducted as CEO Club members in recognition of their exceptional performance.

CEO Khatri inaugurated the program by lighting the ceremonial lamp and personally presented CEO Club memberships to the qualifying agents. Additionally, “National Ratna” and “National Star” award-winning agents were honored with certificates, silver medals engraved with the National Life logo, and gifts of grains. Top performers—those securing first, second, and third ranks in their respective codes and zones—received special recognition and awards.

Speaking at the ceremony, CEO Khatri highlighted the program’s success, noting that over 1,600 agents nationwide were selected for the CEO Club, demonstrating the initiative’s positive impact on agents’ motivation and performance.

He emphasized that insurance is a noble profession not just linked to business but also to service, and that honesty and dedication remain the pillars of success in this field.

The event also featured a motivational training session led by internationally renowned trainer Vijay Kumar Jha.

Top-performing agents from Bagmati Province, including Narayan Subedi from Kalanki Branch and Ravina K.C. from Narayanthan Branch, shared their professional experiences, expressing that the training energized them and that receiving recognition directly from the CEO instilled immense pride and motivation.
