National Life conducts one-day training for Koshi Province agents

KATHMANDU: National Life Insurance Company Ltd. recently conducted a one-day training program for its agents across various branches in Koshi Province.
The initiative was part of the company’s monthly plan, Manthan 2082, which emphasizes motivation, progress, and professional excellence.
A total of 120 selected agents, who achieved their premium collection targets, attended the program held at Hotel Accom in Ilam.
International trainer Syed Alfaz Ahmed led the session, sharing practical examples and strategies to achieve the renowned MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table) goals in the insurance sector.
Agency Department Head Sushil Pratap Rana highlighted that the company continuously provides training programs to help agents excel in their profession, and Manthan 2082 serves as a platform to recognize and motivate high-performing agents.
During the event, Branch Service Department Head Susmita Rana honored agents who achieved first, second, and third positions at the branch level for their outstanding performance, presenting them with tokens of appreciation.
Participating agents expressed their gratitude for the opportunity to learn from a renowned international trainer and said the recognition reinforced the value of their hard work.
