The eight-year debenture offers an annual interest rate of 7 percent. Issued at a par value of Rs. 1,000 per unit, a total of 3 million units worth Rs. 3 billion have been listed and are now available for secondary market trading from Thursday.
The registrar service for the debenture will be handled by Nabil Investment Banking Limited.
