KATHMANDU: Nabil Bank Limited has expanded its appointment banking service, previously available only at its Tindhara central office, to 13 branches across the Kathmandu Valley.

The bank stated that the move aims to make services more efficient, customer-friendly, and digital.

The service is designed to provide quick and convenient banking for busy professionals, businesspeople, and clients with limited time.

CEO Manojkumar Gyawali expressed confidence that the service expansion would strengthen the relationship between the bank and its customers. “Nabil Bank is committed to providing seamless, innovative services. Appointment banking will allow customers to access banking at their preferred time conveniently,” he said.

The service is now available at the bank’s branches in Kaushaltar, Boudha, New Baneshwor, Maitidevi, Kandaghar, Bijuli Bazar, Tripledhara, Lalitpur, Ghantaghar, Kumari Pati, Maharajgunj, New Road, and Tripureshwor.

Through this service, customers can conduct cash and cheque transactions quickly without waiting in line.

By leveraging digital technology, appointment banking aims to streamline banking operations.
