My Mart launches direct-to-consumer online shopping service
The company says the move marks a significant step toward a more consumer-centric service approach.
KATHMANDU: Expanding its service portfolio, My Mart has officially launched a direct-to-consumer (D2C) online shopping service, enabling customers to receive daily essential goods on the same day they place their orders.
Through its newly introduced mobile application, “My Mart – Delivered in Minutes,” consumers can now order groceries and daily necessities and have them delivered within hours, reflecting the company’s focus on speed and convenience.

Responding to rapid digital transformation and changing consumer shopping habits, My Mart has introduced this fast-delivery D2C model after years of operating under a business-to-business (B2B) framework.
The company says the move marks a significant step toward a more consumer-centric service approach.
According to My Mart, the service was launched only after thorough market assessment, internal preparedness, and successful testing of its supply chain.
The company confirmed that its mobile application, order management system, inventory control, and delivery infrastructure are now fully operational.
Currently, the service is available across various areas of the Kathmandu Valley, with plans underway to expand to other cities in the coming days.
With a strong emphasis on promoting Nepali entrepreneurship and self-employment, My Mart aims to prioritize local products and connect domestic producers with the digital marketplace.

The company is expanding partnerships with local manufacturers to ensure fair pricing and a reliable market for their goods.
Through this new model, My Mart seeks to contribute to job creation, self-employment opportunities, digitalization of local businesses, and the delivery of fast, reliable, and user-friendly services to consumers.
The My Mart mobile app is currently available for download on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
