MoU between Laxmi Commercial Vehicles & Reliance Finance

KATHMANDU: Laxmi Commercial Vehicles Pvt. Ltd., the sole distributor of SML ISUZU commercial vehicles in Nepal, and Reliance Finance Limited have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to provide convenient financial solutions for customers wishing to purchase commercial vehicles.
The main objective of this agreement is to offer easy financing options for SML ISUZU brand trucks, tippers, public buses, school buses, and special-purpose vehicles. Under this arrangement, after the initial vehicle selection is made through Laxmi Commercial Vehicles’ distributors and dealers, customers can avail of loan services from their nearest Reliance Finance branch.
The financing facility includes a repayment tenure of up to 5 years under an Equated Monthly Installment (EMI) system.

The company operates a full-fledged 3S (Sales, Service, Spare Parts) system with its head office established in Gurjudhara, Kathmandu, and provides services across all seven provinces and major cities in Nepal.
The agreement was signed by Mr. Samaj Prakash Shrestha, Chief Executive Officer of Reliance Finance Limited, and Mr. Jitendra Lal Karna, Manager of Laxmi Commercial Vehicles Pvt. Ltd.
This partnership is expected to further strengthen Laxmi Commercial Vehicles’ presence in the commercial vehicle sector across Nepal through the SML ISUZU brand and provide trustworthy support to customers in their business journeys.
