KATHMANDU: LG Electronics has announced a nationwide free air conditioner (AC) service camp in collaboration with its official distributor CG Electronics, aiming to help customers prepare their cooling systems for the upcoming summer season.
Under the initiative, LG customers will be able to have their air conditioners inspected and serviced by trained technicians without any service charge.
The campaign is designed to ensure better cooling performance, improved energy efficiency, and a longer lifespan of AC units.
As part of the service camp, customers will also receive several additional benefits. These include up to 50 percent discount on spare parts, 20 percent special discount on the purchase of new AC units, and free installation worth Rs 4,000 when buying a new air conditioner.
Customers looking to upgrade can also exchange their old AC units and receive up to 50 percent additional valuation, making it easier to switch to the latest LG air-conditioning models.
Participants in the service camp will further receive two service coupons worth Rs 3,000, valid for six months, ensuring continued maintenance support even after the initial service.
To make upgrades more convenient, LG and CG Electronics are also offering easy EMI facilities through CGX Elex, enabling customers to purchase new AC units with flexible payment plans.
Customers interested in availing the free service can register by scanning the official CG Care QR code or by contacting the service hotline at 166-00-100-211 or 01-5970211.
Through this nationwide service initiative, LG aims to reaffirm its commitment to delivering advanced cooling technology, reliable service, and customer-focused solutions to households across Nepal.
