KATHMANDU: Makalu Khabar’s “Laughter for Life & Motivation” campaign has officially launched, beginning its first session on Sunday at the Nepal Academy Hall (Pragya Bhawan), Kathmandu, where the inaugural program concluded successfully with a vibrant and well-attended gathering.
Designed to inspire young people through a unique blend of entertainment, humor, and motivational messages, the event aimed to foster positive thinking, self-confidence, and a clearer sense of life direction among youth. The program saw notable participation from advertisers, partner organizations, students, and young audiences.
Welcoming the participants, Makalu Khabar Chief Executive CR Basnet emphasized that the campaign is expected to spread positive energy and meaningful inspiration among youths across the country through engaging and impactful sessions.

Sponsored by Xtreme Energy Drink as the main sponsor, the campaign will continue its journey across major cities of Nepal. The upcoming schedule includes Pokhara on Jestha 15, Butwal on Jestha 16, Chitwan on Jestha 17, Birgunj on Jestha 19, Birtamode on Jestha 21, and Itahari on Jestha 22, after which the nationwide series will conclude.
The organizers aim to directly engage and inspire more than 22,000 youths across the country, encouraging them to identify their real goals through an entertaining and motivational platform.
Officials expressed confidence that the initiative will help young people develop a more focused outlook on their future while spreading positivity and renewed energy throughout the country.
