Justice Malla returns to SC duties

KATHMANDU: Senior Justice Sapana Pradhan Malla has returned to regular judicial duties at the Supreme Court (SC) after nearly three weeks of leave.

Following her return on Monday, she has resumed full court responsibilities and has been assigned two benches.

As per the court schedule, she will first hear cases in a single bench and later preside over a joint bench alongside another justice, marking her active re-engagement in the court’s daily proceedings.
