Gold, silver prices fall

KATHMANDU: Gold prices declined in the Nepalese market on Friday.

According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of standard gold increased by Rs 1,300, trading at Rs 241,700 per tola, compared to Rs 243,000 per tola on Thursday.

Silver prices also dropped.

Silver, which was trading at Rs 3,185 per tola on Thursday, fell to Rs 3,100 per tola on Friday.

The association further reported that the price of gold per 10 grams stood at Rs 207,220, while silver was priced at Rs 2,658 per 10 grams.
