Gold & silver prices drop in Nepalese market

KATHMANDU: On Thursday, gold and silver prices fell in the Nepalese market.

According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Traders’ Association, the price of Chhapawal gold dropped by Rs 2,900 per tola, settling at Rs 292,200 per tola.

On the previous trading day, Wednesday, it was Rs 295,100 per tola.

Similarly, silver prices also declined.

After trading at Rs 5,920 per tola on Wednesday, silver fell to Rs 5,870 per tola on Thursday, the association reported.
