Four NWPP members register candidacy in Bagmati

KATHMANDU: The Nepal Workers Peasants Party (NWPP) has also registered to run in the forthcoming National Assembly elections in Bagmati State on Magh 11 (Jan 25).

On NWPP’s behalf, Himalayashwar Mul of Bhaktapur from the handicap cluster, Shree Krishna Maharjan of Kathmandu from the other side, Sangita Nepali of Bhaktapur from the Dalit side, and Krishna Laxmi Duwal from the women’s side all ran for office.

Elections will be conducted on Magh 11 (Jan 25) for 19 of the 20 seats that will become vacant after Falgun 20 (March 3).

Elections are being conducted for four seats in Bagmati State.
