Everton hold Leeds to 1–1 draw in EPL

KATHMANDU: Everton drew 1–1 with Leeds United in the English Premier League on Monday.

Thierno Barry scored for Everton in the 76th minute to cancel out Leeds’ earlier lead.

James Justin had put Leeds ahead in the 28th minute, but the visitors couldn’t hold on, leaving both teams to share a point.

Barry has scored four goals in his last five matches.

With this result, Everton sit 10th with 33 points, while Leeds are 16th with 26 points, six points clear of the relegation zone.
