Drone strike in Sudan’s dilling kills 14, including children

KATHMANDU: At least 14 people, including five children and two women, were killed in a drone attack carried out by Rapid Support Forces and allied groups in Dilling, South Kordofan, Sudan.

Another 23 people were injured, seven of them children.

The strike came amid relentless shelling in the city for the second consecutive day, despite severe shortages of medical personnel and supplies.

Meanwhile, Sudanese Armed Forces claimed they had successfully repelled the attack.
