KATHMANDU: Ranveer Singh’s blockbuster Dhurandhar has shattered all Bollywood records within just one month of release.

The film set new benchmarks every day and during every weekend since its premiere.

Yet one record remained untouched—the title of the highest-grossing Hindi film, held by the Telugu blockbuster Pushpa 2.

That record has now fallen.

According to Indian media reports, the Hindi version of Pushpa 2 had net earnings of 830 crore.

With its earnings on Tuesday, Dhurandhar surpassed this mark.

On its 33rd day, the film earned 5.7 crore, pushing its total net collection past 830 crore.

By the 32nd day, it had already collected 825.7 crore.

With this, Dhurandhar now holds the record for the highest-grossing Hindi film.

Industry analysts project that the film could cross the 850 crore mark in India if its strong run continues.

Globally, Dhurandhar has already crossed 1,200 crore in total revenue.

In Nepal alone, the film has grossed over Rs 9.77 crore.

Since 2017, no Hindi film had come close to this record. Between 2017 and 2023, Jawan held the title of the highest-grossing Hindi film, overtaking the Hindi version of Baahubali 2: The Conclusion.

However, Pushpa 2 briefly claimed the top spot, only for Dhurandhar to reclaim it, cementing its place at the pinnacle of Bollywood box office success.
