KATHMANDU: Ranchi streets witnessed a unique display of camaraderie as former India captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni chauffeured Virat Kohli, delighting fans with their off-field chemistry.
A video of the moment has gone viral on social media, showing Dhoni driving his own Land Rover Range Rover while Kohli sits beside him.
The duo was spotted heading to a hotel after a dinner at Dhoni’s residence, where he had invited some teammates, including Kohli and Rishabh Pant.
The Indian cricket team is currently in Ranchi ahead of the ODI against South Africa at the JSCA International Stadium Complex on Nov 30.
Being his hometown, Dhoni warmly hosted the players at his home, and the informal dinner ended with him personally driving the car.
Fans have described the moment as the “Reunion of the Year.” Dhoni’s luxury Land Rover Range Rover, known for its elegant design, powerful engine, and advanced technology, drew attention as it cruised through the streets.
