Congress withdraws support & exits Karnali govt

KATHMANDU: Three ministers have resigned from the Karnali state government.

Following the Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ changed the alliance at the Centre, three ministers who participated in the government on behalf of the Nepali Congress resigned.

Bedraj Singh in Finance, Khadga Bahadur Pokhrel in Social Development, and Krishna Kumar BC in the Ministry of Industry, Tourism, Forest, and Environment resigned from their positions, according to Chief Minister Rajkumar Sharma.

Before submitting their resignations, the three ministers announced the progress of their work during their tenure in a press conference.
