Citizen Life Insurance successfully hosts regional “Award Ceremony & Skill Enhancement” programs

KATHMANDU: Citizen Life Insurance Company Limited has successfully conducted its regional-level “Award Ceremony & Skill Enhancement Program” across the Eastern, Mid-Western, and Kathmandu Valley regions.
The events were held on different dates at key locations: Solti Westend, Itahari for the Eastern region on Bhadra 21; Tiger Palace Resort, Solti, Bhairahawa for the Mid-Western region on Kartik 14; Tika Resort, Lakeside, Pokhara for the Mid-Western region on Kartik 21; and Smart Palace, Chabahil, Kathmandu for the Central region on Kartik 22.

The programs aimed to foster confidence, motivation, and fellowship among Citizen Life leaders while enhancing sales skills and developing professional leadership.
Each session was attended by 250 to 360 participants.
During the events, the company honored the “Bronze Club” qualifiers for the fiscal year 2081/82 and recognized leaders awarded the “Hero of the Day” title on various days. Training sessions were conducted by the Head of Training, Chief Business Officer (CBO), Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), igniting high levels of enthusiasm and motivation among participants.
Entertainment segments further energized the programs, with popular folk singer Milan Lama performing in Pokhara and Kathmandu, adding a lively touch to the events.
