CBIL honors employees for 10 & 15 years of dedicated service

KATHMANDU: Citizens Bank International Limited (CBIL) has honored its employees who have completed 10 and 15 years of continuous service, recognizing their dedication and contribution to the bank’s growth.
The ceremony was held at the bank’s head office on Narayanhiti Path as part of CBIL’s annual Employee Day celebrations, which coincide with the bank’s 19th year and upcoming 20th anniversary.
During the event, CEO Ganesh Raj Pokharel awarded certificates and the prestigious Long Service Award Medals to 62 employees—48 employees who have completed 10 years and 14 employees who have served for 15 years.
Addressing the gathering, CEO Pokharel urged employees to continue contributing their best, emphasizing responsibility, commitment, and dedication to achieving new milestones for the bank.
Currently, CBIL employs 1,764 staff members. So far, a total of 356 employees have received the 10-year Long Service Award, while 66 employees have been honored with the 15-year award.
