BPKIHS pharmacy resumed operations

KATHMANDU: The pharmacy at BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences (BPKIHS), Dharan, which had been closed for some time, has resumed operations.
The pharmacy was reopened on Friday with the aim of providing patients visiting the institute with affordable and accessible medicines.
The inauguration was jointly conducted by Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Bikram Prasad Shrestha, Dean Prof. Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Sharma, Registrar Prof. Dr. Surya Prasad Sangroula, and Hospital Director Dr. Jagat Narayan Prasad.
Patients enrolled in the government health insurance program can also receive medicines from the pharmacy as per regulations.
The institute has urged all patients to purchase medicines from the pharmacy, ensuring access to low-cost and quality medications.
