After reaching a consensus at the Ministry of Land Management and Cooperative Poverty Alleviation today, 8 key points have been agreed upon.
Following prolonged protests by cooperative victims in Kathmandu, they have decided to suspend their demonstrations in light of this agreement.
Representatives of the government, including Coordinator Krishna Prasad Sapkota, Deputy Coordinator Pitambar Ghimire, Secretary Vishnu Paudel, and members Narayan Prasad Bhattarai and Dev Narayan Paudel, have signed the agreement, while delegates from the struggling faction, Cooperative Savings Protection National Campaign, Kushalbh Keshi, Purushottam Karki, Anandvir Vajracharya, Sarbendra Khanal, Ujjal Satyal, Bhim Kumar Shrestha, and Yadav Gautam, have also endorsed it.
