Sunil was arrested at Thankot police station on the basis of a complaint that he had raped the minor girl.
KATHMANDU: Sunil Gahatraj, 22, of Sindhupalchowk Panchpokhari Thangpal Rural Municipality-1, was arrested on charge of raping a 13-year-old girl.
