Elderly man electrocuted while grazing goats

KATHMANDU: A 70-year-old man, Balaram BK of Gorkha, Bhimsen Thapa Rural Municipality-4, Dhawachautara, died after suffering an electric shock on Tuesday afternoon.

According to police, the incident occurred while he was grazing goats in a nearby field.

BK came into contact with a support wire connected to a high-tension power line pole, resulting in his death on the spot.

Authorities have launched an investigation into the incident.
