KATHMANDU: The Nepali film ‘Ke Ghar Ke Dera: Ghar No. 2’ has officially hit theaters and is already winning the hearts of audiences.

Speaking after the premiere screening held on Saturday evening, audiences said the film offers a meaningful lesson on how to live life, highlighting it as one of the film’s strongest aspects.

The story, according to many, reflects real-life struggles and experiences, making it easy for viewers to connect deeply.

Actress Keki Adhikari shared that the film’s storyline was crafted in such a way that almost everyone can relate to its characters and their journeys. “People will see a part of themselves in the film,” she remarked.

Similarly, actor Khagendra Lamichhane noted that working on the project felt incredibly personal. “It felt like we were portraying our own stories. The characters mirror real life,” he said.

The film premiered with a special screening for 180 general audience members, who were given complimentary passes by the production team.

The response was overwhelmingly positive, with many praising the film’s story, performances, and emotional depth.

‘Ke Ghar Ke Dera: Ghar No. 2’ features a stellar ensemble cast including Khagendra Lamichhane, Nischal Basnet, Aryan Sigdel, Keki Adhikari, Prakash Ghimire, Upasana Singh Thakuri, Shrijana Napit, Sanjog Rasaili, Rubina Ghimire, and Suraj Bista.

Directed by Dipendra K. Khanal, the film is based on a story written by celebrated author Buddhisagar.

It is a joint production of Apple Entertainment, A Plus Entertainment, and Natraj Creation. Cinematography is by Krishna Bahadur Thapa, with Yuvraj Karki serving as executive producer.

Producers include Nakeem Uddin, Sharad Shrestha, and Kiran Maharjan.
