Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank launches EMI payment facility for credit card users
Once the purchase is made, customers simply need to submit their transaction bill, after which the bank will convert it into monthly installments.
KATHMANDU: Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank has introduced an Equated Monthly Installment (EMI) payment facility for its credit card holders.
Under the scheme titled “Buy What You Love, Pay How You Like,” customers can now convert their purchases made through Mahalaxmi Credit Card into easy monthly installments with flexible tenure ranging from 3 to 12 months.
According to the bank, customers can avail this EMI facility on purchases of goods or services from any seller, supplier, or dealer across Nepal, India, or Bhutan.
Once the purchase is made, customers simply need to submit their transaction bill, after which the bank will convert it into monthly installments.
Notably, the bank will not charge any EMI processing fees under this scheme.
Additionally, aligning with its customer-centric approach, the bank has recently enhanced its mobile application in accordance with its internal policies and launched the upgraded version named “Mahalaxmi Smart Sathi” for improved digital banking services.
