Salapa Bikas Bank partners with SCT to launch UPI card services

KATHMANDU: Smart Choice Technologies Ltd. (SCT) and Salapa Bikas Bank Ltd., a ‘B’ class financial institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank, have entered into an agreement to issue SCT-UPI cards.

The agreement was formalized on Baisakh 23 (May 5) during a signing ceremony held at the headquarters of Smart Choice Technologies.

The agreement was signed by Mr. Manoj Ghimire, CEO of Smart Choice Technologies, and Mr. Yogendra Pun, CEO of Salapa Bikas Bank.

Following the agreement, the process of issuing SCT-UPI cards to Salapa Bikas Bank customers has officially begun.

According to Smart Choice Technologies, customers of the bank will soon be able to easily obtain their SCT-UPI cards and enjoy secure and convenient digital payment services.
