Three injured in armed attack at Cafe
The group reportedly fled the scene immediately after the assault.

KATHMANDU: Three people were injured, one critically, after an armed group attacked a snack shop in Khairani Municipality-8 on Tuesday afternoon.
According to Chitwan District Police Office spokesperson DSP Rabindra Khanal, a group of 3 to 4 individuals armed with sharp weapons attacked customers at Aahara Cafe around 1:30 PM.
The group reportedly fled the scene immediately after the assault.
The most seriously injured, 28-year-old Dipendra Singh Gole of Rapti Municipality-4, sustained a deep wound to his left wrist.
Another victim, 28-year-old Ganesh Lama of Rapti-2, sustained injuries to his left hand and thigh and is reported to be in moderate condition. Amrit Acharya, 27, from Simaltandi in Khairahani-9, suffered minor injuries.
All three victims are receiving treatment at Chitwan Medical College Teaching Hospital in Bharatpur.
Police stated that the attackers were part of a group of youths who had come from various areas including Gaindakot.
The motive behind the assault is under investigation.
Authorities have taken two 29-year-old men from Bhawanipur, Rapti-4 into custody for investigation.
The main suspects remain at large.
