Sanima Reliance provides school bags to Bajura students

KATHMANDU: Demonstrating its commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR), Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Limited has distributed school bags to students of Bajedi Basic School in Bajura district.
The distribution program, held on May 7, benefitted 147 students from Early Childhood Development (ECD) to Grade 8.
The initiative was carried out in the presence of the company’s Regional Manager, Mr. Ganesh Upreti, who handed over the bags to the students during a formal program organized at the school.
Bajura, known as one of the more underdeveloped regions of Nepal, has a significant number of economically disadvantaged yet academically talented children.
Recognizing this, Sanima Reliance’s effort was aimed at supporting and encouraging such students in their educational journey.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Upreti emphasized that the company is not solely profit-driven but equally committed to playing a responsible role in society.
He added that Sanima Reliance will continue to expand its CSR initiatives in key areas such as education, healthcare, environmental conservation, financial literacy, and disaster management in the coming days.
