Hilton Hotel denies sale rumors, calls media reports misleading
“Hilton Hotel has not been involved in any sale process, and there have been no talks in this regard,” the hotel said in its press release.

KATHMANDU: Hilton Hotel has officially refuted recent rumors about the sale of the hotel, labeling the reports circulating in some online media outlets and social media platforms as “completely misleading.”
In a statement issued on Sunday, Hilton Hotel, operated by Jagdamba Hospitality Group Limited, clarified that the international hotel chain has not entered into any sale agreement, nor are there any ongoing discussions regarding such a transaction.
“Hilton Hotel has not been involved in any sale process, and there have been no talks in this regard,” the hotel said in its press release.
The hotel also expressed concern that false reports connecting political figures and business groups to the alleged deal have not only damaged the reputation of the Hilton brand but also potentially impacted the public image of those individuals.
Hilton Hotel urged the public and media to refrain from spreading unverified information and emphasized its commitment to maintaining transparency and professionalism in its operations.
