KATHMANDU: The PUBG Mobile Asian Showdown 2025, organized and managed by the Esports Association of Nepal, concluded its second day of intense international competition on Saturday.

With just one day remaining, the race to the championship has become more electrifying than ever.

The day began with a dominant performance by Vietnam, who claimed the first chicken dinner of the day.

Nepal Blue responded in style in the second match, staging a powerful comeback to secure their own chicken dinner.

Each of the five matches saw different teams rise to the occasion, resulting in a dramatic shake-up of the points table.

Indonesia continues to lead the standings with 128 points, maintaining their position at the top.

Pakistan follows closely in second place with 117 points.

Among the host nation’s teams, Nepal Blue sits in fourth place with 83 points, while Nepal Red is fifth with 80 points.

Nepal White currently ranks eighth. Lebanon remains at the bottom of the table, struggling with only 10 points.

Indonesia’s Lalakibik stands out as the current Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the tournament, boasting 23 eliminations and a total of 27.76 MVP points.

Pakistan dominates the top 5 MVP list with three players, but no Nepali player has broken into the top ranks so far.

The tournament features a total prize pool of Rs 1,000,000, with the top six teams receiving cash prizes. The champions will walk away with Rs 400,000, while the MVP will also receive a special cash reward.

The final and decisive day of the tournament will take place on Jestha 27, featuring five matches that will determine the ultimate champion of PUBG Mobile Asian Showdown 2025.

The event will be livestreamed from 1 PM onwards on the official YouTube channel of the Esports Association of Nepal.
