Argha Bhagwati venture signs strategic MoU with Kumari Capital for solar project listing
Argha Bhagwati Venture is currently developing a 10 MW renewable solar power project in the Arghakhanchi district.
KATHMANDU: Argha Bhagwati Venture Pvt. Ltd. has entered into a strategic agreement with Kumari Capital Limited to facilitate institutional advisory services for its renewable solar energy project.
The partnership was formalized through a memorandum of understanding signed by Mr. Kushal Thapa, Chair of the Board at Argha Bhagwati Venture, and Mr. Pushpa Sharma, Chief Executive Officer of Kumari Capital.
Under this agreement, Kumari Capital will provide end-to-end advisory services under the “Way to Listing” program. This includes company conversion, public offering procedures, and complete coordination with regulatory bodies until the successful listing of the company on the capital market.
Argha Bhagwati Venture is currently developing a 10 MW renewable solar power project in the Arghakhanchi district.
The company aims to contribute to Nepal’s economic growth and environmental sustainability by connecting the generated electricity to the national grid in the near future.
Chair Kushal Thapa emphasized that the company is committed to promoting clean energy and accelerating national prosperity.
He further mentioned that the project has recently achieved financial closure through Prime Commercial Bank Limited.
