Nepal’s young minds discover the magic of mathematics
This innovative event will challenge conventional approaches to mathematics education by transforming complex concepts into engaging, real-world experiences for students in grades 5 through 10.

KATHMANDU: MentorLab Nepal and Embark UnMath Pvt Ltd are set to host “UnMath Math Talk – Making Math Magical in Nepal!” on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at Embark College.
This innovative event will challenge conventional approaches to mathematics education by transforming complex concepts into engaging, real-world experiences for students in grades 5 through 10.
The session will be led by internationally acclaimed math educator Divesh Bathija, co-founder of UnMath School, whose revolutionary teaching methods have inspired thousands of young learners across India, Nepal, and the UAE.
“Mathematics isn’t about memorization—it’s about discovery,” Bathija explains. “When students see how math connects to their daily lives and the world around them, that’s when the real learning begins.”
The event will run from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, where participants will experience mathematics in an immersive way—through interactive games that entertain while making learning enjoyable, lively math debates that sharpen critical thinking, and storytelling sessions that reveal the fascinating history behind mathematical concepts.
Additionally, exciting prizes will be awarded to participants, making the experience both rewarding and memorable.
This one-of-a-kind event encourages parents and educators to register their children and students soon, as seats are limited.
