KATHMANDU: Indian music giant T-Series has launched the Hindi adaptation of the widely loved Nepali song “Bardali” by celebrated singer Sushant KC.

The Hindi version, titled “Uff,” premiered on Monday on T-Series’ official YouTube channel, which commands a massive following of over 29.2 million subscribers.

Hindi version:

Bringing together talent from both nations, the music video features Sushant KC himself, alongside acclaimed Nepali actress Swastima Khadka.

While the visual aesthetic and setting closely mirror the original, a few supporting actors from the Nepali version are not part of the new release.

A unique and heartfelt touch in this adaptation is the retention of Indrakala Rai’s original vocals from the Nepali version, lending authenticity and continuity to the song’s emotional core.

The original “Bardali” was a breakout success, landing on YouTube’s global trending charts and earning praise for its poignant melody and cinematic visuals.
