Court extends custody of Prasai, Mishra by 5 days

KATHMANDU: The Kathmandu District Court has extended the custody of Durga Prasai, Rabindra Mishra, and others by five more days for further investigation.

According to Deepak Kumar Shrestha, the Court’s Information Officer, the extension was granted by the bench of Judge Mahendra Bahadur Karki, effective from Saturday.

Earlier, the court had also ordered necessary medical arrangements for Prasai, who is reportedly undergoing treatment for cancer.
