Nora Fatehi to perform live in Nepal for charity event

KATHMANDU: Renowned Bollywood actress and dancer Nora Fatehi is set to visit Nepal for the first time to participate in a charity event organized to support underprivileged children.

The event, titled “Nora Fatehi Live in Nepal”, will be held on Jestha 3 (May 17, 2025), as announced today during a press conference organized by Worldwide Films Network Pvt. Ltd. in Kathmandu.

The charity program is being organized in collaboration with the social organization Human Respect Nepal, which has been working for the education and well-being of deprived children across the country.

According to Dev Magar, the president of Human Respect Nepal, the event aims to combine entertainment with a meaningful cause. “We are hosting this event to support social work through entertainment,” he said.

In a special video message, Nora Fatehi expressed her excitement about visiting Nepal for the first time and thanked her Nepali fans for their love and support. “I’m thrilled to be coming to Kathmandu. This will be my first visit, and I’m looking forward to meeting everyone. Please join us in making this event a success,” she said.

The event will feature live performances by Nora Fatehi, who is known for her hit dance numbers such as “Dilbar Dilbar,” “Kusu Kusu,” “O Saki Saki,” “Naach Meri Rani,” and “Snake Dance.”

In addition to Fatehi’s performance, popular Nepali artists including singer Durgesh Thapa, dancer Teria Magar, and choreographer Samarpan Lama will also take the stage.

The event will be managed by Manu Media Pvt. Ltd., and tickets are available for purchase through the Khalti app, according to event coordinator Manish Karki.
