KATHMANDU: The pre-teaser of the film Balidan, set for release during this year’s grand Dashain festival, has stormed to the top of YouTube’s trending list within just a few hours of its launch.
Unveiled on Wednesday to mark the birthday of lead actor Sameer Bhatt, the short but powerful video has already garnered over 500,000 views at the time of reporting.
The pre-teaser has received overwhelmingly positive feedback from viewers and continues to attract wide interest, especially from the Nepali diaspora across countries such as the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Australia, Malaysia, Japan, and South Korea — where it is trending prominently.
Rich with patriotic sentiment and intense action sequences, the pre-teaser showcases Samir Bhatt in a fiery and emotionally charged performance.
