Gold price rises by Rs 500 per tola

KATHMANDU: The price of gold in the local market has increased by Rs 500 per tola today, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Association (FENEGOSIDA).

Following Monday’s rate of Rs 188,300 per tola, gold is now being traded at Rs 188,800 per tola.

Meanwhile, the price of silver remains unchanged at Rs 1,970 per tola, the same as Monday’s trading rate.

In the international market, gold is currently being traded at around USD 3,310 per ounce, as reported by global financial news outlets.

The steady rise in gold prices reflects ongoing global market trends and investor demand, influencing domestic pricing accordingly.
