Gandaki Province Chief certifies two bills passed by Provincial Assembly

KATHMANDU: Gandaki Province Chief Dilliram Bhatta has certified two bills that were passed by the Gandaki Provincial Assembly.

According to a press statement issued by Rameshwar Aryal, spokesperson for the Office of the Province Chief, the certification was done in accordance with Article 201, Clause 2 of the Constitution of Nepal.

The two certified bills include one aimed at regulating the construction, expansion, and maintenance of public roads in Gandaki Province, and another focused on the management of hazardous pesticides.

These bills had been endorsed by the provincial assembly before being forwarded to the Province Chief for final certification.
